UGV and UAV performance and safety testing is important for their efficient use in civil, industrial, humanitarian or military applications environment.
We made tests with robots of different types in complex industrial environment equipped with precise optical localization system. The purpose of the experiements is to prove performance and robustness of AI based control and planning approaches in robotics. We also offer support of AI implementation and development of AI based systems for perception and control in mobile robots including advanced human machine interfaces.
We turn a robust UGV into an AI-controlled ground robot that perceives its environment in real time and reacts intelligently. With the Jetson Orin as the onboard compute core, the Livox MID360 for high-precision 3D sensing, and a 4K camera for visual perception, the vehicle doesn’t just drive — it understands the scene, detects obstacles, and makes decisions.
3D perception + vision for navigation, mapping and inspection
The MID360 delivers dense point-cloud data for SLAM, mapping and reliable obstacle avoidance, even in challenging conditions. In parallel, the 4K camera enables object and scene recognition (e.g., edges, openings, tight passages, markings). The result is a system that can autonomously explore rooms, support digital-twin workflows, and perform inspections in hard-to-reach areas with confidence.
